Our Cancellation Policy

Your booking confirmation will include our guest house cancellation policy.

The cancellation notice is 72 hours before arrival i.e. you have to inform us of any cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made after this time, we may charge your credit card for the first night's accommodation.

What if I do not turn up without cancelling?

In this case a non-arrival fee will be charged against your credit card, normally equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation for the booking.

What does the term "cancellation policy" mean?

This refers to the time limit in advance of arrival, before which you are entitled to cancel your booking without incurring a charge. In other words we have a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel prior to this time, then you will not incur a charge. However if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, then a charge will be incurred. This charge will normally be equal to the first night's accommodation.
